Clear understanding of our client's organization: This foundation is critical in conducting a successful search. We learn the client's history, culture, operations and objectives for each search. We define each assignment clearly in writing including timeline, candidate requirements and search parameters.
Research and Sourcing: We review our data sources, including our proprietary database. We analyze target industries. We also initiate confidential discussions with sources of candidates at this stage
Interview and Evaluation: After Cason Group identifies the best candidates; we interview, evaluate qualifications and determine level of interest. Candidate Resumes and Recommendations: The candidate's resume as well as overview listing fit within the search parameters will be presented. Only candidates considered most appropriate will be submitted by Cason Group.
Client's Interview and Assessment: We arrange meetings between the client and candidates. We assist with any additional questions that may arise throughout the interview process. When a choice has been determined, we assist in the final steps of the search process to include in-depth references, negotiations, final acceptance and separation from current employer in the appropriate manner.
